Books with false promise should be banned !!!!

Something that has annoyed me for a long time is all these books both real and e-book, that sell successful systems to beat roulette or craps, or even video poker. They will have titles and headlines claiming they have a proven and tested system that just wont fail. Even include fake screen shots of Paypal statements etc

Many people with a desperate need to find the holy grail will buy these well priced books in the hope this author is even remotely honest or hanging onto even the slightest thread of moral fibre.

But of course as many people already know, there is no system, it is not possible, Roulette and Craps have a very genuine house edge that can’t be overcome with any type of staking plan or ingenious system, so obviously the book is based on a blatant lie, and therefore there should be some way these authors or publishers can be prosecuted. It is basically thievery.

Why do governments allow people to get away with that crap ?

It isn’t like it can be debated even, there is no gray area, it can only be false and lies, no other possibilities.

Take all their earnings and donate it to a related charity i say.
