Day 1 full of energy

Today I have decided to blog my efforts to get my weight back down to a reasonable level, I weighed myself this morning and the scales were screaming 92kg. Just 6 months ago I was 87kg. So something has to be done.

Part of the reason I have gained the weight is due to traveling to Thailand for a month and eating too much, as you do on holiday, but usually after i return from holidays I usually lose the extra kg’s pretty quickly, this time I have even added another kg.

So my target will be to lose 5kg for now, back down to 87kg, and then i will reassess after that.

In the next week i will comment on what i am eating, and how much exercise I do. At the end of each week i will update my new weight which will be done in the mornings.

The main things i need to do to lose the weight are:
1- cut my dinner portions
2- cut my chocolate intake by half and replace it with fruits, mainly mandarins.
3- exercise more
4- drink more water

I do tend to eat very bad dinners, namely pizza, butter chicken, kebabs, fried chicken etc, but will keep that pleasure as want to lose weight but not my quality of life
