decided it was time for re-weigh
Well Saturday morning now, I am not even sure how long it has been since I decided to do this weight thing, but what I do know is I have not been too serious with it, I have still been eating my pizza, and KFC and Keebabs etc, but just to a smaller extent, and certainly still eat a lot of chocolate biscuits, but again I would like to think I am eating less of them now.
Either way, I still go running most days, and also try to get on the exercycle every now and then.
I have hit 88kg now, so I think that is a good result, I will still aim for about 86kg, although I am fully expecting my body to plateau about here, so I think best not to check the scales and just keep on with what I have been doing.
