First day update
I didn’t eat any chocolate all day, and had just Weetbix for lunch and eggs on toast for dinner. i will eat Mandarins as my snack and keep drinking water so i don’t feel that hunger thing.
As for exercise I rode my indoor bike and ran on the treadmill, too cold outside these days, but all up I did 150 calories on the bike and 300 calories on the run, so 450 extra calories for the day.
Nice start, but easy to do on the weekend, keeping it up during the week will be the tough thing.
